Hello, my name is Louis Rios. I am married to my beautiful wife of 30 years and have 4 beautiful children and two grandchildren. I am bi-lingual in Spanish and English and am proud to have served my country with the United States Navy. I also know how important home ownership is to provide your family a place to call home. In the last 27 years, I have taken great pride in helping thousands of families obtain the dream of home ownership. Buying or refinancing a home is a big step and it is important to meet with someone who will give you options and make sure you are making the right financial decisions. I make sure that when I meet with clients one on one, that they can be reassured that they are my top priority. Together, my team will guide buyers through the mortgage process and help set you at ease by answering any questions you may have. Anyone can fill out a loan application but few can get you to the finish line.

VA loans are for those who have served or are currently serving in the Armed Forces. We are honored to serve you!

JUMBO

Go big or go…home! A jumbo loan can go up to seven figures, which works if you’re buying in a high-cost area or if you just want to go big.

USDA
